Angela will be added to the crystal at her 110 day mark, just like every one else friend. Patience. Hold your shards until then. It should be coming soon, I think.

5 more weeks I think. Archangel was released last week. Next week should then be Psylocke, two weeks after that will be Iceman and then another two weeks until Angela.
