Where are potential changes?

Hello , actually I explored 5.3 recently and got 5* mystic awakening gem . I want to use it on doc voodoo .As everyone know doc voodoo with max md is perfect . There is announcement about potential changes about md and beta test which ended at June 22 and still no news about changes. What do you think guys ? I have md 4/5 and planning to max it along with doc voodoo.Shall I use gem on voodoo or wait for changes?

Voodoo is still going to be great! MD just makes him gain power better. My MD is at 4 and wont go higher, even if I take MD down to 0. I'll still love him
