Increasing prices for offers in other countries

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask how is possible for KABAM or Google play to increase price of offer based on country where you from. For instance today's offer is 50dollars in the US but in the Europe it's 70dollars according to worldwide exchange rate. I think this looks like decreasing value of state's currency Wich I think this can even be illegal.
If you buy for instance game on some online store it costs 49€ worldwide... Not increasing prices.. Why it should increase in microtransactions in some mobile game?

All prices are the same from Kabam. It's the platforms that adjust them based on local Taxes and Exchange Rates. Those rates can vary depending on the Country.

Well like I said it's not based on worldwide exchange rates. In my country currency is CZK . 1 dollar is 22,16czk
50dollara should be 1108czk not 1499 Wich is price of today's offer for me. That would have been around 68dollars.
And I didn't saw this on Google play in other games that I played.

Kabam does not increase the price based where you live. That has to do with apple and Google

I agree there could be some added sum from Google being middle party and making this deal possible but 18dollars just for that? And why Google in other countries should add some money? It's like pc game online sellers would add 18dollars to the already high price just for them, that never happened to me, and never happened to me with other microtransactions in other games on Google play
