Featured 4* hero crystal

This is just a suggestion I have is to bring a 4* featured hero crystal, for 3k shards since that would be the same ratio as 5 and 6* crystal cost compared to a basic,into the game and have it just as the 5* and 6* crystals work.
This would be a great addition to the game as many of us are getting to the point where there are so many champs in the 4* pool that it is boring to open these crystals with no excitement. Also many people would like to get these new champs you are bringing into the game and play with them and not just the 3* version and not everyone has time to grind out 11+ million points in arena to get the new featured 4*. Once these characters are added into the 4* crystal you then get a 1/200 or so chance to actually get them and them from it.
With the push for diversity on defense in aw this would help a lot of the mid level alliances place more unique defenders and give those players better experience in war. Also this will give the higher level player that can get these new champs through the crystals an actual chance to play with these champions so they can prepare for them on defense and learn about their abilities.
