I have opened over 200 phc and a bunch of featured crystals. I have only received 2 3 star champions and the rest have been 2 star. Do you have to be a popular youtuber in order to get the drop rate?

    Ever since Apple forced Kabam to publish drop rates...you can trust them. Your luck will change. Prior to Apple enforcement...who knows but Apple regulates this now.

    Actually, I had way better phc luck before the dropping of drop rates.
