Where do i claim my Ally war season rewards?

Season 2 just ended i came silver 3 with my alliance, but i dont know where need to claim my rewards. If you could help i would be very thankful.

    If you don't get it, wait for a little longer, maybe it comes via snail-mail, and you know snail follows certain speed limit

    Joke aside (on snail mail), normally it takes awhile for that to be fully delivered to everyone. However, if you still don't get it by tomorrow, even after restarting the game, then you may want to file an in-game tech support for kabam CEO to help you.

    Are you still with your alliance? Did you fight in at least 5 wars with them? Both are required to get rewards.

    I'm sure you know, but just to curious (to clarify) since we don't know your situation :)

    (1) You stayed in this current alliance and have gone thru AT LEAST 5 AW wars with them without changing alliance, correct?
    (2) You are still staying in this current alliance waiting for the reward, and hasn't left until the reward is being distributed (at least you know others got it while you are still there), correct?

    How's your ticket going? Has the support responding to you yet?

    I checked with few of my mates, they also got it around same time as me.
