Best science champ to awaken?

I have one 4* science awakening gem but really don’t know who to use it on or if I should just hold it. I recently pulled MODOK and Void and have Yellowjacket (also have 5* YJ), Electro, OG Cap. Who should I awaken?

    Modok is great for alliance defense (still fun to attack with) but ultimately Voids unlock makes him way deadly
