AW Individual Points vs Team Suggestion

Another crazy AW season -- with highs and heartache - drama and rivalry to match any pro-sports scene. Thanks - I think! (My emotions need a couple of weeks or more to stabilize!)

Could I suggest a few possible changes?

1. Individuals maintain their AW points on an individual basis - so that they are not affected by being kicked, having their team penalized when individuals outside their control contravene your rules ie piloting, unit scams - I feel so powerless as a BG leader trying to keep my group running at full speed, playing their best, spending their resources to be the best BG we can.. then getting punished for people and issues outside my control.

I'm doing my best. I'm playing legitimately.

Maybe this might help?

2. Could we have a little more time between AW seasons?

Maybe 3 weeks for every 4 week season? Or maybe make it ~3 weeks off for ~ 5 week season?

Being an officer and trying to lead a small team is hard.. I never intended to be one... it just ended up that I wanted a winning group so I took it over.. kind of like real life how when you care, you end up doing more for others... So any help in balancing responsibilities and rest would be greatly appreciated.

3. Could the rules for piloting and cheating be more clear?

In my mind, something like "none" or "zero" would make it infinitely easier to handle.. currently, the rules are vague albeit limited which means to me it's there for assisting in extreme situations only... but unfortunately, people being people tend to take advantage of permissive rules.. This certainly affected my team unintentionally but I didn't have a way to argue limited piloting for people going on vacation or being sick or having a baby - what a terrible excuse! my gf is not allowed to get pregnant during AW season...!! just joking!! - but I think you see my point.

4. Call me naively, but VPNs, unit scams, offering to buy AW wins - I realize you can't prove many of this... so I empathize with your position.. but could you consider perma-bans for egegrious offenses? Sometimes clarity in structures and rules makes things easier.

I'm really enjoying your competitive game and hope that the improvement of the environment of the alliances continues.

Thank you.

PS: thanks for the shorter AW season - this allows for people to take breaks / reduce piloting needs.. all this helps to promote a good balance between game / work / life!
