Gifting seems to either be broken or have unspoken limitations that are hidden behind the scenes. I tried to gift 3 items to a friend Yesterday and was only allowed to send 2. Now I’m trying to gift to him again today and it won’t let me send him anything. It appears that I can send to alliance mates if I want, but not my friends. This needs to be resolved, as it’s either broken or a not so nice hidden limitation.
