Problems in AQ

I defeated Howard the Duck mini boss in AQ. At the end of the fight I received zero points. AQ map then reappeared and there he was with no damage but my Champ had the health missing from defeating him. Time did not run out. I had to fight him twice. Anyone else have this problem?
