Where to spend mystic t4 catalysts

Would it be better to use them to rank 4 star Ghost Rider to R5 or 5 star Mephisto to R3? I have 5 star Blade. Mainly interested in end game content and t4cc’s are hard for me to come by so I only have the 3 mystic catalysts. Please leave comments.

    Any other thoughts. I don’t know much about Mephisto but I know I can go further with a 5 star
