How do I write to someone who can actually help me get my season rewards?

The only questions that needs to be answered is..

Did you do 5 runs with the alliance you were in?

Did you stay until the AW season was over?

Submit a ticket in game. If you participated in 5 wars then they will resolve it for you.

I was in 5 wars, Urdu I joined the same day with got them. Thank you

You only get rewards if you joined an alliance, then participated in 5 wars with them during the season, and then were still there with them when rewards were given out. If any of those did not happen then you will get nothing. Sorry.
