Legendary Triumph Crystal??

Ok some people seem to have obtained this crystal as seen in some of the posts here. What I want to know is how does one obtain such a crystal as I looked in my mail, inventory box and crystal section and have not found a thing.

    I wouldn't know since my account is 1.uncollected, 2. Over a year old and still didn't get jack!
