Why do we have a forum?

Quick question for the community and the kabam moderators, why do we have this forum I read through pages and pages of summoners concerns some amazing suggestions to improve the game and most commonly just general outrage at the state the contest is in and it's bad I wouldn't be surprised if this time next year the game is gone it's going down hill so fast. Anyway back to my point all of these people are voicing their opinions and all the kabam moderators do is give is generic answers or they delete your post there is literally no accountability it's like phoning your bank and everytime you get through to someone they hang up. The community is acting so I suggest kabam starts looking at all the issues and come up with some really good answers because I like many others am on the edge of just saying enough. @kabammiike

So they can consolidate the info and nerf the champ accordingly if it is too beneficial to players.

Sometimes I do feel sympathy towards these moderators. They have to take flak for all the issues of the game and have little to no power to do anything about it.

But, that tiny bit of sympathy vanishes instantly when I see Kabam _ _ _ _ give another flippant/rude/condescending reply to genuine queries. It is a darn shame that they all can't be like Adora,. She at least shows some professionalism gives the impression that she actually gives a damn.

So moderators can get their power jollies off by deleting threads and posts with actual concerns and legitimate topics.

This forum is mostly a giant Poe's Law.

The mods have no power to do anything except provide generic replies and delete posts that aren't 'constructive'.
The game devs have no power to do anything except come up with ridiculously OP new champs that no one has ever heard of, and ignore the outdated OG champs that no one uses anymore. They certainly don't seem to have the power to fix the multitude of bugs.
Netmarble, I guess, have their accountants on speed dial. "How much did we earn last month? Good job - carry on."

Well, there's a difference between giving feedback and going off. One is constructive, the other is just ranting. Can't speak for anything specific that's been removed, but there are rules to posting. People can generally tell the difference between what's constructive, and what's just a vent.
