As title says. It just happened to me twice in AW, and after asking around, it's a "known bug". Brian Grant has video evidence of it as well.

Should I write a ticket? This is as intended? What's the deal?

I want my 2 deaths back.

    The said weeks ago that it wasn't intended, but have (predictably) done nothing about it.
