Over the last 10 days of last war season my alliance was hit with some pretty hefty penalties. I have requested aid in figuring out what we did wrong but keep getting generic form letters about being out of compliance with the terms of service. We want to be in compliance but need help figuring out what is going on. Please, please, please help me.
