I can't link to a kabam account [Not A Bug]

I can't link my in-game account to a kabam account. It doesn't give me an option it only give me the login and create an account option. I would to switch to an android device but I can'. The only reason I've been able to play it's because it's linked to my cloud but that's it. Is there a way you can link my account to a kabam account so I can keep my progress? I spent 2 1/2 years on this game in way too much money to quit just because of this. Please help!!

@Kabam Miike plz help if possible I know you get multiple requests like this a day but you helping me would make my expirience on this game 10x better

Do not log-out from your existing account.
Create the Kabam account and click continue with game instead of new game.

Go to new device. Start app and login on Kabam account. Should work.

Hey @AcesDaPug. Sorry that you're having issues linking your account. @winterthur is right; you'll want to send a ticket to Customer Support to have them take a look at this for you. You can submit a ticket in the game by tapping the gray gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then going to Support. Thanks.
