Should I play either of my 2 sabotaged accounts or should I start over from scratch?

I've had two accounts sabotaged now (angry ex-GF) and I have a meager roster in both. One has 11 five star heroes (most junk) but only 5 four star and zero 3 stars - so I have no idea how long it will take until I can grind basic arena. I'm not sure I'd be able to grind for void in either account, for example. Account 2 has fully explored ACT IV, Account 1 has not. Should I restart the game in time to enter the void and AA arenas at beginner level, or should I try to be creative to flesh out a roster in one of these 2? Any advice is appreciated. I'm a free player who built everything based on grinding, so it looks like I am in trouble.

Account 1
38 three star heroes (16 upgraded enough to qualify for infinite streak)
Seven Four Stars - Duped DV 4/40, Duped Hyperion 4/40, Duped AA (4/40), Ultron 4/40, Mordo 3/30, Duped Dorm 3/30, Duped SM MM 3/30
5 Five-Stars, all unduped - OML, WS, Hulk OG, Gambit, Beast

Account 2 -
NO three star heroes (gulp)
five four star heroes (5/50 Medusa duped, 1/10 OG Daredevil, 3/30 Modok, 3/30 Dormammu and 3/30 Ultron.
11 Five-Star heroes, all unduped - Gwenpool, Elektra, Ultron, Vulture, MMKK, Beast, Groot, Gwen Stacy SM, CM, Starlord, CA OG

Stick with Account 2 (11 five-star champs, only 5 four-stars, and no three-stars)

Stick with account 2 and push to become uncollected. You have good unduped 5*s in Gwenpool and Ultron. Unduped CM, SL and CA are also decent options.

All 8 votes point toward keeping the 11 five-star hero account. A follow-up question I'd have is this - since I only have 5 four-star heroes and no three star heroes, what's my best strategy to being able to grind for basic four stars again?

I don't think you can without a good army of 3* and 4*. You might need to work back up to grinding.
