Still waiting to hear from a mod

My last post described the issue with the goldpool arena.
I spent $$$ got goldpool and also like 4 goldpool tickets. So I was grinding spending more units...game goes down during my best grinding time... Now I know it's down for everybody but people who wasn't in my time zone or work opposite hours wouldn't have been grinding that time...just wondering what is going to be done to make up for the $$ i spent to get the goldpool ticket

    mods have already said that there still comming up with compensation and to expect a announcement next week

    Hi there, sorry to hear about that. I'd like to let you know that we'll be reviewing the full impact of the outage next week. Once we have been able to fully assess the situation, we will talk about compensation as well.
