I won the fight, but game freezes and I have to fight the champ all over again

I would win a battle and the game would freeze and then I would have to close the game and come back and it would say that the fight has been resumed and I would have to fight the same champ again. Now I have proof and video of this bug, and in arena when this issue has happened, if I was at 1 streak or even 3 or 4 streak ok no big deal, but when I'm up to 15 or 16 streak and this happens, and I repeat the step above(being close the game out and then reopen it) and it says I've lost the fight then there is a big issue in hand especially seeing as I put alot of time in arena . Please get this fixed KABAM.
