Buff to Cyclops (Red version)
I really like this character, but I feel his abilities are practically useless in every way in the game currently. Yes he has decent damage, but his armour breaks don’t last long enough. Those are basically his two abilities, which are both really underwhelming. I think I have an idea as to how he can be improved to a decent standard. SP1 the beams can powerdrain the opponent for each hit. His SP2 can power lock and stun. His SP3 can stun and convert a precision buff into a permanent armour break on the opponent. Obviously with the proposed changes to dexterity the extra precision buff won’t be exploited to be used in this ability. These are just some basic ideas I think can improve the character massively.
