Iceman Special 2 second part evaded yet still hit

So, in war i just swiped back to dodge the first part of Iceman's special two, then swiped back again to start to evade the second part, the yellow dexterity word popped up, and then i got hit and died with a chunk of health remaining before the phantom hit "struck" me. I am pretty sure this is some kind of error/bug due to the fact that the game states I evaded it but still took the hit and dying. Since this is in war and the cold snap is already doing 438 damage per hit, I find that reviving and having to potion up unacceptable for this bug. Please let the community know what is going on.

Might want to show this in a duel to demonstrate this, if it's a bug.

Same thing is happening here to thought it's not limited to him, a few eniemes including him have been hitting me with their special even it says dextirity.

It's just another annoying thing we players are forced to deal with because their apparent lack of care.
