Is he good or still need dupe or something, just pulled his 5* ,dont know what to feel?

    Needs his dupe and a fairly high sig. He's not horrible now but not amazing either. He can be useful for questing but not so much for war. When he has 5 charges he does solid damage and sort of fun to use. Definitely an improvement but his usefulness is really there.
