Would you like to see mastery build requirements lowered in defense and utility + overall unit cost?

I would like to put forward my suggestion to lower the points required to access the right-hand side of the defense and utility tree and the cost to redo silver masteries. I am curious to see how many summoners in the community feel as strongly as I do about this and if Kabam are willing to listen and make some changes so that we can get the most out of this game.
Defense Masteries:
Willpower, although not what it used to be, is still a really good option for those wanting to use certain mastery options in offense, it also opens up to inequity and coagulate which I use in one of my three main builds. Here the suggestion would be to lower the amount from 15 to 11 points needed to access willpower. We can all agree that each point matters when making full use of our 59 points.
Utility Masteries:
The current number of 11 is pretty reasonable compared to offense and defense requirements, however I can think of many other uses for those points. My suggestion would be to lower the number from 11 to 8, giving us better access to mystic dispersion and other mastery options available, if people think that they are worth it.
Resetting Masteries:
Lastly, something has really been bothering me lately, the cost to redo silver masteries. I have read that in the past these prices used to be much higher and it actually cost a set amount of units to enable you to firstly reset and then have the added cost of redoing the masteries. Certainly, Kabam has come a long way since then in lowering the costs, although it can be further reduced as unlocking premium masteries can break the bank for some who don't get their units from arena grinding, I am one who doesn't have time for that and yes, I do buy units from the store.
When resetting masteries, it can cost me anywhere between 50-150 units (roughly), depending on which build I am going for. For having unlocked all masteries except the class-based ones, resonate, suture, gold increase and the lookout masteries, you can imagine or perhaps you already know that the cost is very high. To then go on to have to shell out units to keep on resetting masteries that have cost 4+ carb cores seems too much to ask of us. I am not saying let's get rid of the entire cost in terms of units, but these can once again be lowered to 1 unit per level or something like that. Units are better spent elsewhere in this game, such as on costly revives and potions (another poll another day regarding this) or helping the newer people save up to unlock costly masteries.
Final Thoughts:
This would be a game changer for those players who alternate between game modes frequently and are wanting to spend their units elsewhere, as I have said, I am not asking for the cost to be removed entirely, only lowered to a more reasonable amount so that we can reset daily, twice weekly or how ever often you would want to do that.
As for the minimum requirements to get to the right-hand side of the defense and utility masteries, the proposed changes would make a world of difference to what we would be able to achieve. Having spent a lot on unlocking these masteries, what is the actual point if we don't have the possibility to touch upon the majority of them instead of having to choose between having most in offense and defense or offense and utility? This has resulted in people abandoning their defense, just like I have when I am not using the so-called suicide masteries.
Let's get the word out and make some changes! I will also be posting this in the forums so that we can discuss these matters further.
