Compensation for servers being down

Wasn’t there any compensation for servers being down? We lost 8 hours of game time were we couldn’t place as we would have liked for war, couldn’t access AQ and i lost 8 hours of arena milestones from my gold ticket arena.
What a farce. Had the server being down for 8 hours even been acknowledged?
