I had my ticked closed claiming to re-roll for my 6* featured crystal and think it's unfair how non-chalantly Kabam just brushed that widespread issue aside and chose who they thought would get to re-roll... Anyone else get tossed aside on that mess? It's almost a saving grace on their part that their servers went down to cause a bigger issue to take the heat off this previous serious issue...
