Are old champs being added to 5* crystals ?

hey everyone , as v all know the coming champs are being of both 4*,5*,6* . but what about the old ones !! i have seen a MCOC video where there was a 5* wolverene in the champions and now i found a 5* vision . so are the old champs being added in 5* ?

There’s no 5* wolverine or vision available for normal players. OG vision yes, thus far no others though.
