Any chance at extra day for Merc Event Quest?

I realize it's a selfish request, but maybe if enough people have same request something can be done. There was clearly more than the usual content with the arenas and various assignments, along with EL quest. Maintenance took another few good opportunities to grind the monthly away (including today's lunch hour being spent looking at error message). Could we get another day or 2 to complete these?

    Yeah I’m m usually a last minute guy when it comes to this game and with all the emergency maintenances that have been going on an extra day would be nice.
