    Shouldn't be, since it's a passive.
    Also does this ability work against striking blocks? For example: when doing MLLHeavy against a block, will the stun trigger?

    Logic and past experience says it shouldn't be. But Kabam work differently and can change up the rule if they please. It's always good to cross check and ask multiple times when it comes to Kabam.

    Also it doesn't work against block.
