Dormammu not being able to place a soul bond on the opponent

Dormammus abilities allow him to place a soul bond on the opponent and this bond would stack up to 100 based on whether you power drained your opponent enough or if the opponent had used a special. As of the most recent update, Dormammu places a soul bond on the opponent with the first hit of his heavy attack then, immediately exhausts the bond with the second hit of his heavy attack. This also causes soul bond to not be applied for the rest of the fight. This is Dormammu's main source of damage and makes Dormammu unsustainable for aq because soul bond is how he is able to regenerate after using his 3rd special attack. This NEEDS to be fixed because it makes dormammu basically useless against champions who gain power and use a lot of specials.
