Dormamu heavy attack normally applies a soul bond to his opponents on the first heavy attack, then the bond increases by 30 each power drain up to a max 100.

The soul bond applies after the first heavy, then immediately disappears and does not increase or reapply the entire match.

    This has happened to me in arena several times and I was wondering if I was the only one. Apparently not.

    Yeah I first noticed in in arena, then tested it in daily quests and ROL. Same scenario each time.

    maybe because Vision don't have soul, or maybe his Mind Stone can un-bond the soul bond :D .
