Price Bug?

Was just talking to one of my Alliance friends and he said the Pym Canister Bundle only costs $9.99 for him but mine costs $19.99... I heard there was a bug with the Android Shop that the iPhone Shop didn't have but I never read up on it, not sure if this is the same thing?
