Username Change or Account Merge (Not Sure If this is the spot to do so)

So. I started an account with my gamertag "Bigmansyndrome" and discontinued use. Came back to the game on a new phone (Same apple ID. And was prompted to make a Username. I forgot that I had that account, typed in BigmanSyndrome to find out it was taken, so I went with BigManSynOff. 43 LVLs later, I opened the game on my old phone to find I had taken that name, that account is LVL 3. Needless to say, I'd like to not grind through that account.

Kabam gods. Is there a way that you could Merge the 2 accounts? This would be ideal as I just so happen to open a 3 Star Spidey Symbiote and wouldnt mind having it in my LVL 43 account. Otherwise, any chance you could help me delete that account and change my current username?

    You have a better chance to contact Support.

    IGN change was requested by many many many people (including me) but yet to happen.

    Merging of accounts; you mean transfer of champs from lower level to higher one correct (I assume it is not the other way) also is next to impossible to happen.

    Figured that much. Weird that it isn't as easy as instagram to change the username.
