Killmonger's True Strike Not working against Civil Warrior

Tested it a couple times and after Civil Warrior does his SP1 I dashed forward, but no True Strike was activated. Works with every other champ as far as I've noticed. Is this a bug or am I not reading something?

Armor – Passive
For each Armor Up effect active, Civil Warrior’s advanced Stark Tech protects him further, reducing enemy Offensive Ability Accuracy by 15% per Armor Up charge.

True strike doesn't activate when dashing forward after cap marvel's sp1 for me, anyone else having that problem?

Yeah i had a thread like that open... Seems like there are some specials that just dont allow enough time for you to dash in and activate true strike.

I thought it was not 100% guaranteed. But with WS , you will have it

It is 100%, but a little far away and it doesn’t activate...
I mean i really don’t understand it why did they have to make a distance limit?

Oh and with WS you can activate true strike by intercepting dash

It’s meant to be done while they’re recovering, because there has to be a limit and it kinda makes sense if you think about it

With a lot of champs, it gets a bit more skill instead of blocking the whole thing, getting the knockback and then dashing in

Of course, there are champs that are done recovering by the time you can get to them and yeah it kinda sucks

This right here might be the cause of the problem
