Bug : Hawkeye L1 did not power drain

I was in arena fighting Kingpin and did an L1 , it caused bleed and it said power drain, king pin did not convert the bleed . But the arrow didnt power drain him. he had 2 rages only
Also I think the dormamu heavy attack is already known. pls look into it thankyou

If it was AAR due to iso corruption, the phrase power drain should not show up at all, like in case of vision with his power burn
