MORNINGSTAR POWER GAIN BROKEN

I've just noticed that the power gain that is applied after Morningstar's heavy is not working. The buff symbol appears but there is no power gain to be seen. Don't know if this is a 19.0 bug or has been there before the update. Seems there is a lot of champs buffs being broken lately, including dormammu's soul bond. Please fix asap as these are deciding factors as to whether use these champs or not. It would be nice if kabam can make an update and screw any other aspect of the game up

    Did your Morningstar have any souls? The Power Gain is based on your soul count. So if you had 0 there's no power and if you had 1 it's pretty much negligible.
