    No. The problem is that he has to be awakened, he has poor damage, and has poor abilities. The ability accuracy reduction only works for 8 seconds, and has a longer cool down timer. Ill stick with blade and medusa.

    The issue is his damage is to low, the cooldown is to long and you can beat those two champs by learning how to Heavy counter them.

    I've liked Falcon from way back when but he's just not good enough. I like his Synergy with Cap and Vision and thought about running them in AW a year ago as he has a hidden synergy with the "redwing" bonus but he's almost there to being good.
