Impossible to buy the Odin deal

Hi,
I tried to buy an Odin deal from iOS device, but I got an error that transaction couldn’t be completed. I tried different credit cards and also used my android device to purchase and got the same error:

I’ve opened a ticket hours ago but no one responded to it (number #04797230).

I hope someone can check the issue.

    Definitely not trying to troll. You need to contact Apple support like it says...they will resolve it very quickly. Ran into the same issue myself some time ago.

    Hi arni2,

    Make sure that your account and billing information on file with Apple is up to date and correct. Reach out to your payments provider Support Team, Apple Support Team.

    I did. The billing information is correct, I managed to buy the first one, the second one is showing this error, I also changed the credit card and got the same error again.
    I even have Funds on my Apple ID, so it’s clearly not a payment issue from my side
