Inventory size increase? What lvl?

I have two alt accounts I play when I’m bored with my main account. Both are level 31 yet 1 account has a larger inventory for t5b and t2a (12), and the other account has no place for t5b and a max of 1 t2a and I have t2a expiring.. is this a bug? Is there a way to remedy this? Both accounts have completed act 3.

    Never mind.. figured it out.. logged out of the acct with small inventory and back in and it was made larger
