Problems with the Goldpool crystals

Hello everyone ,
I had bought 30 crystals of goldpool but I have not opened them yet. Now I have seen that I can no longer find goldpool. I did not know this ... Can you reimburse me the units in exchange for the bigger gold crystals?

    Kabam sent you a email in-game telling you, the Goldpool crystals will still be available, but you can't draw the 5* Goldpool or Golden Arena Ticket.

    Yes, but I did not thought that the crystals already taken would become gold crystals
