iOS game logs out and starts me with a new account

in Bugs and Known Issues
On occasion, my game will log out and start me from the very beginning meaning I would have to create a new account name, totally starting the game over. I usually close the game out and reopen the application and this resolves the issue, however, recently it has been occurring very often. I think this coincides with my PI not being updated regularly also.
