Falcon bug?

I’ve noticed that my unawakened Falcon can trigger a recon/locked on status when a fight first starts and you Parry the initial attack. There are two timers overlapping on the screen, one for the cool down and another for the recon. When the recon initiates, the cool down timer continues when you can initiate another recon.

I hate posting a bug that benefits the players, but it’s Falcon, so meh.

    Update: actually, to recreate, hold block while the champs are running into the fight.
