I have been dueling Domino with Vision and I am having issues with critical failure triggering in both basic and special attacks against Domino.

Domino's signature ability causes critical failure where "opponents take up to XXX Energy Damage over 1.5 second(s) whenever their abilities have a chance to trigger but don’t. Potency decreases temporarily for consecutive triggers."
In the video, I attack Domino with Vision's special 1 attack, which has a
100% chance to steal power from the opponent according to his signature ability description. On the second special 1 attack, at around 18 seconds, I somehow trigger Domino's critical failure on an attack that has a 100% chance to trigger power drain (i.e. no chance to fail to trigger). It shouldn't be the case that I fail to heal block domino on the special 1 (triggering critical failure) because Vision's ability states that if the special attack drains all power, then the opponent is heal block (Visions description does not say that there is a certain % chance that the opponent will become heal blocked).

In the video I begin a basic attack combo on domino. At the start, I have a critical buff from dexterity. Somehow, this basic attack triggers critical failure. Even if the first hit of the combo (a critical hit) somehow triggers critical failure (which it shouldn't), notice that critical failure triggers twice at the end of the fight (even when there is no critical buff from dexterity). At the very least, the second critical failure that is triggered, should not be triggered, because this is a basic attack from Vision, who has no other possible abilities to trigger (and thus no possible way to fail in triggering an ability) in the middle a basic attack. The first critical failure triggers at 15 seconds; the second critical failure triggers at 16 seconds.
@Kabam Miike or some other moderator, could you please clarify why Domino's critical failure is triggering in these instances? It seems like there is a bug with Domino here.
