Lagging in Android

Hello, since the last update , it takes literally 5-10 minutes to load. And then there are issues where fight speed up and slow down in the middle of a fight . This is not a network problem as I ve been using same wifi and mobile network for a long time.
Also I have 4Gb RAM, more than 12GB free space.
Also at times I find when commanded to dash forward (Tried it with 1 finger alone) , they dash back and throws the timings off and get hit.
The screen has not loaded even after I took my sweet time typing this. Please look into it. Thankyou
