Biosting working as intended?

in Bugs and Known Issues
I used blade vs yellowjacket in the uncollected quest and his danger sense seems to have cancelled out the biosting from the node, as there is no debuff visable in the upper corner. Yet when I use a special it triggers the biosting and I die. Is that a visual bug or a game play bug?

    It’s part of the node. Powersting is ALWAYS active. You have to fight without specials.

    I understand the intent of he node. However, notice the difference between the two screenshots of the same node. One clearly has the biosting active while the other does not. Why would one assume that the debuff had not been cancelled out by the dangersense?

    Its obviously a visual bug. Did the uncollected and visible or not, specials sting the attacker.
