This may not be the best solution, but please do something. I just hate that between seasons my alliance tries to lose wars so they can jockey for position at the beginning of the next season. It makes sense long term, so I don't complain, but I'd really rather play to win. Having a system that gives any advantage to losing isn't ideal.
