Regen for IM, SIM, IP

Would like to request the health %s that trigger regen be moved up to 30%. This would make the regen more reliable as these champs can easily get knocked out before regen has a chance to save them.
IP and SIM are not particularly useful for much beyond diversity so it would be great to see some creative changes either to their specials or even abilities. Crazy idea but how about IP being able to cause a bleed and cauterize similar to ultron?
I don’t use these champs but would sure be cool to see IP, the butt of all jokes of bad champs, turned into something useful.
