He is my favorite character and I've been waiting so long for him to come out but I opened the crystals and it gave me all 2 stars

I opened a 4* Carnage when he came up in featured and it was replaced by a 3* Cable during the summery for the crystal opening, i fought for 6 days trying to get when i had actually won, even with video proof and i was told its all a glitch. So i went and grinded my ass off to win my favourite character which i actually won.
Go complain elsewhere.
On a lighter answer;
It would be amazing if for a gift, Kabam allowed every player to pick a 4* hero out of all 4* heroes from a list and gift it to them.
But thats unlikely and i live in the real world so... enjoy.
