L1 team revives removed from loyalty store.

It has to be a bug bc I'm pretty sure it's not RNG that causes them to spawn in the loyalty store. If not, they've been removed without notice.

Since we have such lovely bugs like Domino block breaking and a all new slew of f***ery from the minis in AW, this is a pretty low blow.

Ok, remove all free to play options. Thanks.
