Hey Man. Would like to join yout alliance if possible. Though i am not at that level that you are looking a player of but it will take no time to reach there and further. I just started to play from a new account around half a month ago and at 37k rating right now. If you are looking for a skilled player, I am all that you need. I had an account of rating 450k a year back which I gaveaway to retire but now here I am starting from a new account. We used to play in the tier 1 in AW at that time and faced the top alliances.
